Events Bona’Fide CEO – Kenitra Mason developed The Hospitality Suite to multiply the impact of serving with hospitality that heals. Our team understands that we can not plan and execute every event that we believe is valuable for Kingdom & Community impact, However we are committed to providing workshops, training and coaching to equip our community to serve their community.
We feel very strongly about customer service, experience and hospitality . Without regard to where we are in life, experiences are a part of life. Unfortunately we’re going to come across a bad experience. Inversely, I love that we have an opportunity for customer service recovery. Customer service recovery should not be something that’sexclusively in our professional roles. It shouldn’t be a priority in retail only. Regardless of where you work, when someone encounters you, they should have a positiveexperience.
